Fake ID's?

Im a college freshmen in Boston and my teammate is a senior and looks like me and he's given me his old fake now that he's 21.
Obviously its not a good idea but I was wondering if anyone has actually gotten in trouble because of it. My friends have gotten denied before but never actually gotten in trouble. Just wanna know thanks.

Never had one, but I remember in high school about half of my friends who had them eventually got caught using it.  A few just had theirs taken away, and 2 others had to attend classes/do community service.

mine works fine... you just have to be smart about it. i haven't used it to go downtown or anything yet but at gas stations and liquor store it works fine. if you go to the same gas station most of the time then they won't even ID you after a few times... at least that's the way it is for me. but like everyone else has said... don't mix up your 2 IDs and DO NOT use it on a cop.... trouble for sure.

another trick... when you hand them your id, look down in your wallet and get your money out. they'll either scan it or enter your birthday or just look at it and hand it back. having your head down prevents them from holding it up next to your face most of the time... works for me at least!

Got a question, I had a buddy get a new ID from the dmv, but to do that he had to report his old one "lost". Well he gave me the "lost" one, will it still scan? or will it come up as lost whenever a grocery store scans it?

im 16 and i used somones Id to get into a bar and the persons whos ID it was went in the bar with me with his other ID. stupid ya i know but we were already drunk and it actualy worked but were from canada and no one gives a shit so idk about the states

Don't go to liquor stores, bars, etc. if you've heard people get them taken away there

Keep your other ID hidden in your wallet
