when you land a really good trick, its fun for people to watch, if you crash really bad, its still fun for other people to watch.
mtb. where else can you bomb down a mountain with a foot of travel in the front and 8 inches of travel in the rear and not worry about crashing? speed is where it's at!!!!
Just Huck It.
they both have 2 wheels. and they both provide many hours of entertainment. they both rock in my book. although the mtb gets alot more play..

i think i am going to selll my bmx for a mtn bike..seems to be a lot more funner, and i do agree bmxing is so much harder to progress, but is fun to watch
yeah mtb for me just cause ive been doing it for longer. we do have a pro bmx'er from this lil town. josh heino lived like 5 min. away from my house. theyre both sick.

i kind of wanna try mtb, but i skate and i dont think i git the cash to actuqlly get good mtb. ill just use my old ames bike i bought ib fourth grade. thats about 6 years ago
well even tho i ride street/park mtb, bmx is way ahead of us. pick up a mtb street vid like monkey styles II or match 5, then go watch a bmx wid like forward or animal and the mtb shit doest match up. But with people like josh straat or barrecloth comming to mtb from street in a few years (well not a few a lot) mtb will catch up somewhat to bmx. and then i will have to say its better than bmx because well...the bigger (wheels) the better in my opinion...26' vs 20 is like someone skiing on 180s vs 160s...but hey much respect to bmw they are the ones pushing mtb street anyways..
.6.1.3.
we are still very far behind BMX. but. i dont see bmxers doing handrails (PEGLESS!) we have a ways to go but thats what keeps it fun. by the way josh stratt is nasty, 720's out of bowls and tailwhips.

^ pedal grinding is an option. most people choose not to do it. anyway mbx bikes are designed a lot different than mtb. that makes it easier to do tricks. either way bmx/mtb is sick.
If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.
i ride both, i started out with BMX but then i started MTB and i think i like MTB better.

BMX has so many awesome tricks, but nothing can beat MTB Downhill races, and I love all the MTB gear there is. I would rather be able to strut the most decked-out mountain bike rather than the most decked-out BMX bike.

that kid that did the backflip to manual thing at rye, well i have this bmx vid from last year i think and this guy is doing the same thing as him, but onl like a 4ft. quaterpipe to the deck and he rides around in the manual for a while and drops back in.

my idea is for everyone to just go fucking ballistic about it and make an online petition somewhere and tell friends, family, animals, strangers, niggers, jews, etc. to sign the petition

one of my friends has a sick bike, its worth like 6,000 bikes, right now im looking for a good f/s bike in the hundreds....anyone know of any let me know........my friend also has some sick trails, bridges and everything its crazy insane
MTB... yeah there's definately a bias in there but whatever. I like the diversity that MTBs offer.
If I had a stack of cash laying around right now, I'd buy myself a BMX in a heartbeat.
