jw but does anyone use 960?
then convert down to 720? i thought there was a decent reason behind having 960p, like wide angle and higher bitrate or something
960p is nice because it's tall. for POV i would use 960p, but for filming other people i would use 720p, unless you know you won't be doing slow motion, in which case i recommend 1080p
if your filming anything when you are moving (moving cams, pole shots etc) do not use the 1080P setting. it is real choppy and isnt smooth.
when i film on the tripod and just leave the camera rolling its shot in 1080P. but i use 720P at 60fps all the time. its the smoothest when it is slow moed.
