okay here is the deal.. i dont really want an ipod with a video camera i never use it and i have a cheaper ipod that works fine so i wanna try to sell this for as much as i can get for it!

ok it work perfectly i just got it like 6 months ago i think. its still under warranty..it scratches on the screen and on the back of the ipod.. no really deep scratchs and when you turn on the screen you cant tell that there is any on it.. there is a nick in the bottom left part on the ipod that you will see in the pics.. and a little on that i just noticed lookin over the ipod... the ipod is fully functional.. OFFER UP!!

thanks but no it isnt it has a video recorder.. the new nano with a touch screen is like an inch wide

if someone buys this they will come with basicly new skullcandy smokin buds headphones (just got them in the mail yesterday). and a pair of jellie headphones they sound great basicly brandnew too no damage
