Basically long story short, in between the volume up/down keys i dented the aluminum divider a minuscule amount. No big deal right? Wrong. The disk drive refuses to accept a disk. I do have Applecare but i doubt ill get any coverage from that.
Damages:
1) the aluminum divider between keys is bent a tiny amount.
2) the volume up key is cracked a tiny amount
3) the disk drive will not accept a disk
How fucked am I? is this going to be a cheap or free fix covered by apple care or am i going to spend the 800 i was planning on using for a spring break ski trip on fixing my stupid ass dent.
