nevermind....shit...there is a way to actually customize the name on your phone...it says the name of the carrier (in my case att) but you can change it to anything you want by doing some shit on your phone...now do you get it?

I used to change the Cingular saying on my Motorola phone to say whatever by putting in a special code that brings you to the phones boot menu, all you had to do was type star then the word program using the appropriate number keys then press star and send fast, but the only thing I was told by my friend that works at Cingular is you can only change your profile name on Nokia phones cuz I have one now.
