I need some ideas on how to make money. I'm flat broke right now and it sucks so any ideas? What are some jobs I could try to get or what can I do to make money?
Best way to make a fast honest buck is go to your local day labor place in your town. They pay cash everyday. I think you have to take two proof of ID's. Then you will also need work boots I think. May not be the best work but it's money. Where do you live? I can help you find the place if you need help. Just let me know.
Thats not stupid. I play soccer and baseball so i could ref or be an ump. I heard they make good money too. I was also thinking about caddying for a local country club.
this for sure
this last spring i made about $800 between late april and early june working about 6 little league games a week for $25 a game
2 hour games @ $25 a game is clutch
I've done the summer jobs for 6 years, but I think I might do something different this year. I plan to launch my own business. Any other entrepreneurs on here?
Craigslist man, There is free stuff on there all the time that is valuable to others. Free TV's, bikes, cameras you name it. Take advantage of opportunities and cut costs to 0 where it applies
I did yard work with some friends this summer. Made like 60 buck a day, so not great pay, but we got to goof around a lot and its actually rather entertaining.
If it's legal in your state, this is actually a hugely profitable venture. you just need 100 or so startup dollars, and a decent knowledge of venue size and act popularity to predict which shows are going to sell out. simply buy tickets before they sell out, and you are guaranteed a solid 50 percent ROI, minimum. I've heard of some friends getting 200-300% for especially popular shows.
Hey, at least the kids I know who scalp always save two tickets for themselves to go to the show, and usually if they sell to someone who looks like a true fan and just missed out on getting a ticket they toss them the ticket for face or a bit above, but don't gouge them. they save that for the trust funders and middle-aged people with bills to spare.
what the fuck do kids expect when they make stupid threads like this? its called a fucking job you dumb shit. there's no magical way you're going to make money, unless you bet your friends 20 bucks that you can get to second base with your own mother. NOW that's a way to make money.
