My town flooded, and my video was on CNN!

Hate if you want, I'm stoked. It aired sometime today, but I have no TV so I didn't watch. Apparently none of the affiliates covered the flood, so they went to Youtube for video. CNN called me this morning.. This is what they set up after I talked to a producer: http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-496315

Obviously that's not why I'm stoked, but I could see how the thread title leads to that. In reality though, no one was hurt and it was only material damage so that is something to be thankful for.

Umm, sketch? haha.
My house is far from the river, and fine. My dad's office building had waist deep water in the basement but his office is all on the second floor and the people down there were able to clean out their stuff in time.

that's pretty dramatic footage, our river in our town over flowed too.

That's so insane! They were running the rescue speed boats down the streets but just to evacuate people! Some friends of ours house flooded, and their family brought a row boat and still showed up for dinner on time!
