eveything i have seen so far has been SICK

jiberish is progressing, if they stuck with their stock product, they would get old quick and be just like everyother brand. theyre unique, and their shit so far that weve seen is just that. I will probably buy that baseball jacket that keri is weaing in that that picture. EVERY year so far, people have talked about how they weren't feeling their shit at first, but eventually everyone starts to love it and buy it like crack.

SO QUIT STAYING THEYRE GOING DOWNHILL. they have yet to reach their peak.

I like that starter jacket except it the i look like u and the matieral looks ultra shitty not to mention its gonna be around a 100 dollars. Technine, airblaster, neff have all made way better ones for as much or less money. I feel like Pete drago knows kids will buy it no matter what so he makes them worse and worse every year but keeps the price the same. The mans a marketing genious.

Thanks, I think....

That is neat that you seem to be able to determine fabric and overall construction based on a pixilated cellphone photo. Apparently our years of producing extremely detailed garments with 100% cut-and-sew construction, with the most expensive and highest quality fabrics we could buy is not enough to have folks wait to see a real pic or seeing a piece in person before assessing judgement.

I am not real big into posting on NS because I think it is more interesting to sit back and see what other people say about stuff. But I had to jump in here since I guess I am getting a direct call-out by someone on here who I have never met. And I know we don't know each other because anyone associated with Jiberish knows what our motivation is and how much blood, sweat, and tears, literally have gone into producing our clothing. We actually have been laughing pretty hard about your comment. Come to a meeting sometime and sit in on how we do things. Or maybe ask a few questions and stop into the LoHi store before making assumptions. Regardless, you are entitled to your opinion. Although I think that others may find it easy to make assumptions about you based on your determination that a collection as massive as ours could be generalized based on a low res photo of a few pieces.

So I have to ask, what is your problem with jiberish? you seem to be calling them out super hard on everything, right down to the fact that their skater is wearing a gold watch, which doesn't seem odd to me at all? and from what I've read, you actually buy all of the shit you seem to be hate on, so you are being quite two-faced.

"Most expensive and highest quality fabrics" My friend bought an ignant vest. Im personally amazed it lasted most of the season. What is the point of a concept store and showing stuff that people cant buy?(serious question) I obviously dont know shit about anything but apparently you do considering kids sell last years jiberish for 5 dollars less then the original price after a year of solid abuse. It wasnt exactly a call out and i hope you didnt take it the wrong way. I would be intrested to actually watch you guy do everything from start to finish but obviously that isnt possible.

i buy jiberish sweatshirts because i ski in them, socialize in them, hell i've even slept in them from time to time.
for the most part, their cotton sweatshirts are quality apparel. never once have i had a zipper fail on me or a seam rip out. they make good shit that puts up to my abuse and if they produce a design i like i typically will buy it. this year all the leaks i've seen have looked like trash, so i've bashed them. mmkay?


p.s-i never said anything about his watch you idiot. that's on his left arm.

I agreee. 110%. I believe that when I saw this stuff on the internet last year, I thought their stuff looked like shit. But, upon closer examination I came to realize how diverse their designs are. I think that the Baseball Jacket (Allen) is super sick and I like the patch designs on the side. Also, the new Level 1/Jiberish colabs are super sick looking and I know they will make a bunch of money off of them. Don't judge just by pictures, these pieces can soon become top selling articles. The Ignant Vest for example, I thought it looked rediculous (and I'm sure most of you did too), but I can say that one is in my room as I speak.

while jiberish does seem to be putting more thought into their line i feel like they are distancing from their roots. the first lines were the dopest but now it seems like they are making too many of items and the style is going downhill. the baseball jackets are clearly a copy of snowboarder style which i have no problem with but i dont see it being sucessful in the ski market. they should drop the bball jackets and bring back the sundays best track jacket cuz it looks doper and is more functional. my $0.02

I have 2 questions/discussion topics for Pete, since the rest of this thread is stupid...people pissed at each other for OPINIONS on style?

1.  Has your philosophy in regards to maintaining exclusivity and rarity in your product changed at all since last year and the advent of some of the fastest sell outs we have ever seen?  What are your thoughts and concerns with keeping everyone on the edge of their seat while still allowing for the consumer to evaluate each product by size, design, color, etc, before buying it?  I feel as if the flux of Jiberish products sold on this site the day after shippings arrive is largely due to impulse buys by those who fear missing out on all the items altogether.

2.  Have any steps been taken to ensure the companies that order Jiberish items for their stores will receive all the products they ordered?  I still don't understand what the mix up was last year that caused some stores to receive half of what they thought they would get, or honestly if there was a mix up on your end at all.

I realize that almost any response you give can easily be taken poorly by emotionally consumed customers, so if you don't want to post them it's no big deal.

im on your side, i dont understand how kids can say "Jiberish is going down hill" when all they have seen are two hoodies. I am excited to see what you guys put out and hope that i can pick up a new sweatshirt.

Only thing about the crew is I wonder would it have been sicker with red level 1 with a grey outline. Instead of grey level one withe a red outline.
