Replying to Youtube copywrite penalties?

quick and to the point:

-i have the 2010 espy awards intro montage on my computer
-i got it from the internet and i was not the one who did the recording/work or whatever to get it. this is straight perfect quality
-all the other intros are on youtube except 2010
-should i post it up? what are the copywrite penalties? b/c i see videos get removed all the time and claimed by like ABC or whatever, does anyone ever actually get in trouble?
-anyone have experience?
