Lacrosse Team Treasurer: Help save me money!

Alright so I've been elected team treasurer of our college club team here at Illinois State. Over the years, the team spends their money without researching beforehand for best prices .We do things like sell t-shirts, window stickers, those livestrong bracelets etc. I was hoping that some people in here would have past expereince and/or knowledge of doing things like this. I'm looking for companies that have the best price to quality for stuff like ordering shirts and also good sites for booking hotels the cheapest, places that are good with package deal n what not.
