This is going to be my 2nd season exploring park skiing. My question is that I ride 170 all mountain skis and would it benefit me to use a shorter park ski to learn on and then step up back to my normal length.

a friend of mine has a pair of 08 Line Anthems 161's that were only used 3 times. They are centered mounted and in great shape. Would they be to short for me to learn rails on?
they probably long but not too long, im 6' and i rock 184s. and hell prob grow into them anyways
im 5'8 and just starting to do park skiing would 175's be too tall for me?

Montana_Hoodrata fairly good chart right here.I like that it gives you a range. There really is a whole 15 cm of personal preference you have to factor in. For the most part though, the faster your're going, and the bigger the hits your going to do, the longer the ski you want to have under you.
