Replying to Scary shittt

Allright so me and a few friends are sitting around in the gerage so one of my buddies decides to call up a friend of his and see if he wants to come over and smoke so he does and we pack the bowl one round. right after the new guy gets there he takes a hit and coughs his fucking lungs out so we give him some water and tell him to just chill so about two minitues pass and he starts acting kinda wierd he starts like swaying back and forth grabbing his head and whispering this is not good so he keeps saying it louder and louder to the point where hees almost yelling it so were all like what the fuck? are you ok? and he punches himself in the head then picks up the lawn chair he was sitting on over his head and tryes to throw it but my friend grabs him and stops him so he breaks away climbs up on the couch and tries to jump off the couch head first into the cement but we caught him before he hit then he starts acting somewhat normal and repetitively says im gay, im gay, im gay were like dude what the fucks wrong with you and we take him outside to get some fresh air and the first thing he does is try to run into a busy street but thank god someone stopped him or he probably would have killed himself and im done at this point i want away from this kid so me and my buddy just bail. like can someone explain why this happened he litterially took one hit from the bong and hees fucking geekinggggg pleaseee try to explain this to me
