Respect and situational awareness are huge parts in learning to ride park. Both my son and I have fucked up before. We've also been cut off as well. It accidentally happens from time to time. And when it does, take a deep breath, and realize that it might have been the 32 year old, 210lbs, over protective, former Marine that fell in love with sking as part of his rehab for PTSD.
If everybody was more supportive instead of riding around like they're the next hot steamy shit to be laid upon the ski industry then everybody would progress so much faster.
I love this sport, I love skiers, and I have decided that it is the perfect way to spend time with my family. But some of the attitudes I see and hear on the mountain and in these forums are rediculous. Maybe I'm out of touch, but I can't seem to understand why skiing has to be so serious.
