When one lists more than two items, he makes use of the comma as such: "I am A, B, and C." OR "I am A, B and C." There is no real consensus amongst English speakers as to the inclusion of the final comma (serial comma), but it is agreed, at the very least, that one must place a comma after all but the last item listed.
The use of "and" more than once in a sentence is certainly a bit unorthodox and strikes this officer as incorrect, however it is arguably within the permissible flexibilities of English usage.
But either way, I hope one of those APs isn't English, or it looks like you've been wasting your time. Don't you worry, though; you'll have plenty of time t yourself...in prison.
