just a big PVC pipe, they only really use red ones there.

are you sure the biggest pvc i can find is never that big

Ya im sure, and my friends dad owns some construction company and he got us a PVC way bigger than that. so i guess its just where you look.

You take a regular PVC pipe, put some Enzyte in it and add water.  Then it gets bigger or your money back.

Seriously though, you probably have to go to a pipe and culvert supply place to get PVC that diameter.  Probably not going to find it at Home depot.

Just go to a construction site off-hours and they usually have many different sizes there to choose from.
