Yes I did post this on TGR too but I'm desperate:

So i've had trouble finding duck recently and I kind of have been craving me some duck breasts so I headed to where I was sure I could find some. Chinatown.

First super market I went in had some, looked good, whole thing not just breasts but I was cool with that. Then I noticed that wrapped around the side was its head and neck. So I dropped it like it was hot and and picked up what was next to it in the freezer, rabbit. Looked a lot less scary than a duck with head and feet but there was some frost on the plastic wrap.

Well the frost is gone now, and the goddamn thing has its fucking head and feet still. What the fuck do I do. I have never mutilated anything other than fish and shell fish and I feel weird doing that. How does this work? Is it hard, is it gross? I'm really tempted to just chuck the whole thing and go buy some steak.

I dissected a rabbit in high school. I think I had to peel back the fur before cutting the skin and removing the insides? Either way it had some fucked up condition where like everything was brown almost like doodoo exploded everywhere inside (although it didn't smell like doodoo, just rabbit guts). That was like 10 years ago so I don't remember too well

Anyways, skin it, cut off the feet (for luck of course) and try to grill the thighs? Don't eat the head. I'll let you know if there's anything I forgot.

first you need to remove the skin, i sugest just grabing and ripping as hard as you can, then your going to want to break each individual bone to tenderize the animal, also making cuttin easyer, then using a blunt object, maybe a spoon your going to want to apply firm pressure at the base of the joints for the cleanest cut, then using the same spoon scoop out the entestines just as you would ice cream ( these can be saved as a delicous snack for latter) then cook as desired and you have an effort and mess free meal, hope this helps :)
