HELLO

Im trying to purchase a camera but don't know which one to choose.
It will be used mostly on the hill for my ski crew and some sponsor edits.
I currently own a sony bloggie but its just not gonna cut it.
My budget is no higher then 500 dollars.
I have been filming for about 2 years now so i have some experience.
Please post what camera you think what would be right for me.

canon hv30 or maybe the vixia series from canon, there around $500 like u said and r great quality

but on a serious note, I would stay away from the hv series or any camera that records on to tapes...
I agree that the vixia series is pretty nice, but I have heard good things about panasonic's consumer line, might be worth checking out.
