14.7 MP and all the manual functions of a high-performance DSLR in a compact camera (F-stop, shutter, ISO, manual focus, etc...). The camera can push a flash (many w/ a master) and more functions than most people know what to do w/.
I've used this very successfully on countless assignments when using an SLR just isn't realistic or fun - like skiing.
I just had the entire camera reworked for an upcoming trip and now need to sell it - figures right? The rework cost $170 and IS included in the price. So basically Canon just made this sucker brand new and the work is guaranteed.
