Can't find my product code

guysssss I just got L4D2 off steam and i'm trying to download it but I can't find my product code. I have a confirmation # in an email receipt, but that's not the same thing.... please don't hate if it's an easy fix. i'm new to steam and I think I may have skipped over a page where I should have copied down the code.

can someone please help me figure this out? LYLT <3

uhhh try contacting steam, give them your receipt code and ask for your product code number.
