I had another account which had my friend's credit card on it so I kept buying live and now he found out. He changed the email and now he isn't letting me use it. I went back to my old account and i'm out on that one and I don't even think getting new live is worth it until Black Ops comes out

Silly kid. If you need to play online just make a new profile and you get 30 days free of gold. It's kind of a pain not having all your stuff but it will hold you over until you can reup your real account.
