25,967 encounters. I just tried with GBA emulator (LeafGreen) that it takes about 10 seconds to escape a battle and between 1-5 to find a battle. So let's say 15 seconds per enc.

25,967 x 15 = 389,505 seconds


...well that's as far as my math takes me.
