With the HVX, if I know I won't be doing slow motion, I shoot at 720p30p. If I might do slow motion, I shoot at 720p 60:30p.
As for the T2i, if I won't be doing slow motion, I shoot at 1080p24p. If I might, I shoot at 720p60p.
