i was working today at a ski shop by my house, i live like 15 miles from manhattan, and a bit north from brooklyn, and it was raining soo hard, and was dark as hell at around 430 today, so weird

I remember being at work in london when a tornado hit 3 three years ago - was similar.... just remember car alarms going nuts...

The storm passed through here about 4-5 hours ago. I was on the road, and visibility went down to around 15 feet in around 30 seconds. It was horrifying. Also that wasn't a tornado, although there was a Brooklyn and Staten Island tornado warning this afternoon.
