GoPro Sound Distortion

My GoPro HD is only about 2 weeks old, and in recent videos I took the sound is pretty distorted. I took a few more videos after and the sound was fine again. Has anyone else had this happen before? Is this something I should contact GoPro about?

that happened to my buddy. He ended up sending his back for a new one.

I think I'm going to just keep on using this one, and if it happens again I'll try and get it warrentied.
