I have a house in blue river and needing 2 more roomates. The lease starts October 5th. There is a master bedroom open, and a midsized room with optional bunkbeds in it. Right now its 3 guys who love to ski and shred. Rent would be 500 for the master, 450 for the midsized. Plus a portion of the electric and internet which is about 25-50$ a person.
