i have no idea if this has been posted in the 25 pages of this thread or if this is common knowledge already, but Sessions is teaming up with newschoolers to make a SESSIONS +NS JACKET!
As I said, my friend has them. Judging from his experience with them and common sense I just can't see any advantages to them over a solidly built side wall construction ski. Aside from the butter zones that is.
Decent decks dont delam that easy, and snowboards have already started using skate board construction with success. Was only a matter of time before it crossed into skis.
The 4frnt Renegades have a wood sidewall. they use hard wood so it actually gets stronger over a few years (thats the theory anyway)
you have 0 idea what your talking about. you just make assumptions on your flakey knowledge of technology put into the ski. you dont think line thought of water seeping in through the sidewalls? i bet they didnt, hell they probably have clay edges and a sheetrock core too
