gotta move due to career opportunity for my wife so we need to sell our house

its got 9 ft ceilings on main floor, 8 ft ceilings on second floor with the exception of the master bedroom which has a cathedral ceiling that is about 12 ft high.

trapdoor - access to the crawl space (house only has a 15x 12 utility room basement that is full depth, the rest if 3 ft crawl space)

your wife will fit - unless she is wider than 36 inches - as that's what size the entrance doors are!
