60 dollars would buy a nice dictionary, thesaurus, and maybe a book on physics too. expand your mind or be an xbox player like the guy in the video who resorts to fag and bitch as his vocabulary. if he played ps3 he would have told the cop that the mass of his momma at rest is approximately equal to that of a neutron star traveling at (1-(10^-1000))c.

Act insane? Not really. We aren't talking about smoking illy here. Just because he had stuff on him if that is confirmed, doesn't mean he was on all of the above. Could have easily been just drunk or tripping.

Still sort of dumb to walk around and cause a scene when you have to massively illegal things on you.

let me define my use of insane. When taking both ecstasy and LSD at the same time, you get a distinct euphoria and your mind begins to perceive things in an entirely different way. Thus two drugs are both affecting separate parts of the brain, pretty much eliminating any correct sense of reality.

I don't know why you would have drugs on you, be fucked up, and not be on the drugs you have in your possession

It all depends who you are and how much you take. Would never do it in that setting though. Candy flipping is for shows and festivals. At least in my eyes. I've brent blacked myself candy flipping before. It can get a little crazy. that guy really didn't look it to me though. But hell I guess everyone reacts differently. He looked like he might have been tripping but in me and everyone I've seen candy flipping brings out the raging dance party machine in people.
