Dying gloss white splice frame?

i have no knowledge in dying goggle parts, and ik it can be done on alot of colors especially white. im interested in purchasing some gloss white splices and would want to dye the frame black, im wondering how well the black rit dye works on gloss white frame and if anyone has experience? also wondering how dark the black will turn out on the gloss white.

black is tough, it takes a lot of dye and sometimes it still ends up being purple. Just curious, why don't you just buy the gloss black frames?

truth, i'd just go for buying a black frame if you can
i've only dyed red black, and that ended up purplish, like a deep red wine color

because oakley is clueless and doesnt allow you to pick which lens you want in any frame, and only white (and other ugly frames) comes with dark grey lens.

i really wanted black frame, white rigs, white strap with dark grey lens, but thanks for the help guys!

you can build custom goggs on oakley.com and get whatever you want. duh.

you have to buy the dark grey lense separate this is shown with the black polarized
