Double Filet-o-Fish with a large fry and a chocolate shake. I know this sounds disgusting but don't judge until you try it. You get no tartar on the Filet-o-Fish and then you rip off a piece of the sandwich and dip it into the shake. You can do the same with chicken nuggets. It's toooo good

thats nasty. bought one one time and it was a waste of $2.24.

anyways, my order is
dub big mac
large fry
large ice tea
a good 1500 calorie meal

i am not fat. i go to mcdicks like once every 2 months. but in the past 2 weeks i had it like 4 times after or before work.

I wish we still had chicken selects in Canada...

But I'm all about the jr. chickens. One of them, maybe a snack wrap, large fries, and iced tea. Delish.

But when I'm drunk/high I always end up going for the nuggies and bbq sauce.

i dont go there on a regular basis, but when i usually take 2 cheeseburgers and a chickenburger. dunno about america, but over here, this "menu" is 3,3, which is pretty legit.

yeah dude, so you get to wait 5 minutes while they make you a sandwich instead of eating a sandwich that was made 2 minutes ago. great plan chief.

i order 2 mc doubles and a mc chicken and McGangbang that shit. in addition to that i get a medium fries and just carry in whatever empty drink bottle or large cup i have so i just fill it up fo free!

I haven't seen anyone else that gets this and I'm amazed. It's so good. Little pricy and usually get it when I'm high and have money. So when I'm feeling rich I get a #6 -chicken club meal size medium. Crispy chicken, bacon, cheese, with honey mustard. Medium fry. Medium choco milkshake. MY CHEAP MEAL- 2 McDoubles just ketchup. Medium fry. Water. And no matter how much I pay and what I get. I'm still gonna ruin my poop schedule. But it's worth it.
