Replying to Oakley Razor Blade Question

quick question...how do i change the lenses of these if possible? i have m frames and for those you pull the center out and then flex the lens away from the frame but when i yank hard as fuck on the center of the razor blades it won't pop out of the frame, seems almost glued in there. i don't wanna pull too hard and break anything because these are super rare glasses

i'm 90% sure the lenses are interchangeable but they don't seem to work the same as m frames
