How many of you already have a Christmas short-list?

Its only like 3 months away.........


1. dakine heli-pro backpack for those INTENSE MICHIGAN DAYS. and out west
2. lift tickets for ski trip in december
3. MAYYBE a go pro, but lets face it.....just like the heli pro backpack....i'll use it practically only on vacation.
4. clothes?

Im trying to get some ideas flowing here myself. I always procrastinate on this issue. My dads a big fan of a tree with a ton of stuff beneath it. he just doesn't feel the same if he buys me a 3 day pass to snowbird and puts it in an envelope and calls it a gift.....


Anyone else find asking for gifts tough as you get older? I just buy shit that I want now instead of anticipating them as gifts.

everything i want is to expensive to be given as a gift to me. and if something is cheap and i want / need it i will have probably just gone out and bought it.

and the reason behind the go pro hd only being used on vacation.......

i don't know realllly. i just dont see much use for a camera that can be mounted on to objects. although people do seem to be pretty fucking creative with them, and they are a little more sturdy then your average HD camera.

my mom passed away. its just my dad and his girlfriend. with that being said my christmas gift budget is roughly....i want to say $600-700.

I just feel like a bastard asking for more expensive gifts, and my dad likes to have...gifts under the tree. aka just giving me $600 to go buy what i want is not my dads ideal version of christmas.

he likes to see the surprise and awe when I open the gifts

my '08 Impreza has a cracked windsheild. Hopefully my parents will get me a new one. Next years Imprezas look pretty ill. prolly black, cuz i dont like the blue one i have. it has smudges

and a new SAGA suit to match.

havent tried to pirate.

i have NOT already pirated Lightroom 3 otherwise i would tell you if i got it to work, which i DONT think i did(nt).

might as well get the real deal if it's a gift right?...but if i were to pirate or torrent them then i guess i could ask for something else in replace for the software but of equal value (skis, or $$$)

truthhhhhh I managed to get pirated photoshop/dreamweaver/flash to work by downloading the free trials from the website then finding a keygen. I had to try a few but the key that ended up working was just posted on a website I found in google.
