i feel your pain. some girl gave me a drink of her water bottle and then she told me she was sick. lots of water helps

Take a vitamin c pill every day. I started doing that last year and have seen a dramatic decrease in the amount that I've been getting sick.

i just try to wear twice or three times as much stuff as normally at home and sweat that shit out.

2 jogging pants, 2 pairs of wool socks, 2 undershirts, training jackets and a skijacket along with a beanie usually helps me.

we also have this weird "medicine" kinda thingy. tastes like a punch on the nose, but it helps a bit.

it helps the nose and throat for short amounts of time, so just drink tons of it. and it's 99.9% water so you're getting water intake as well, WIN-WIN OVER HURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

So I'm sitting here now in a snuggy with tea wearing hell clothes and i just tried this thing that shoots water through your signeses(sp) and it didn't work. Oprah said it would. what a Dumbass.
