I am currently suffering from a migrane brought on by COD. i was pretty wierd after playing like 3 hours of cod i stopped and my vison was really wierd and i had a bad headache ANy Migraine relief solutins woud be appriciated
migraines like that from video games are from your eyes being strained or focused too hard in one spot and also from not regular breathing. its more of a tense huff in then a breath you know?
you need to just chill, do some breathing exercises with your eyes closed. try to multi focus on things as well. change focus from long to short distances, roll your eyes around in your head, drink some water, stretch. sitting in front of anything like that for long periods of time is terrible for your eyes. i bet when you stand in a black room you feel like your eyes are flashing black/white. thats why tv is so bad and parents tell you not to sit too close haha. mad seizure.
thanks man helped alot i kinda hate video games anyway make you feel like such a fat ass its why i would rather spend 300 cash money on skis or bindings or a backyard jib thatn on an xbox
I used to get the worse headaches from TMJ pain, it was awful. At first we had no idea what was causing it, even had to get brain MRI, it was a nervous time. But if you actually get migraine headaches you should take Excedrin Migraine Its over the counter, and I hear it works really well. Just don't drink any other caffeinated products when you take because their is caffeine already in the pills, and it would be hard to sleep if you combine the 2.
I was born with a under bite, and while I was getting my braces tightened it got to a point where because I had a under bite the adjustments caused tmj pain. This summer I had jaw surgery to correct the bite, and there was a good chance that the surgery was also going to decrease my tmj pain. Since the surgery (2 months ago) the tmj pain was significantly decreased and I rarely get head aches now.
word, i was going to go off on some neurological talk since you said you had mri's but it was obviously a physical problem. i had that with my braces too. just wondering.
