I have a quick question. is it possibel to film and take photos in the same time?

nope, but if you shoot HD, you can take out single frames that are still good enough quality to post on your facebook by example ... (not really good enoug for full screen)

ie, this one was filmed at 720 60fps

its a single frame from streaming footage ...

so if you'd film in full hd (1080) you could get great footage and could take good quality frames for pictures out of it ....

thx guys. I figured it out by myself that it's impossibel. but the "screenshot" thing is a good way to do get nearly the same result!
