To bridge connections on a PC: My computer > My Network Places > View Network Connections > Select your active connection (some PCs have multiple ports) > You should have multiple connections, one or two active (For example, I have 1394 Connection (my internet) and Local Area Connection 2 (the port inwhcih it comes in)) To bridge, Simple highlight both connections you are trying to bridge, right click one, and select bridge. gg. Note: These directions are for XP, but the general idea should be the same on windows vista or 7
Honestly though, go out and buy a wireless router. They have multiple ports for connecting Ethernet wires, and these days, they are dead cheap. Connect the input to your modem, and then you can connect your pc and xbox wirelessly or through wires, and it configures itself almost automatically, and will always work (the pc won't have to be turned on, it won't be glitchy, you won't have the same lag issues you will bridging blah blah blah). Good luck
