I'm looking for a roommate in my 2bd place, 2 miles North of Breck. The place is great, we have a washer and dryer, and the landlords are awesome..I ski Breck mostly, it takes me 8 minutes to walk to the bus. Being on this side of town you can also head to Keystone or whatever else pretty easily. I'm very 420 friendly, and I'm not at all against drinking, though the place is a little small for much company...I work evenings so I'm usually skiing/working from 9ish in the morning til 11-Midnight. Otherwise I'm prolly resting/shootin people on xbox.
The room is $550/month, and we split utilities 4 ways, with a couple upstairs in a separate 1bd. The lease is for a year, November-October, but the landlords are pretty flexible if you need to move out and find a replacement.
