Gum on clothes

I have a nice pair of black shorts and i wore them to school on thursday and sat on a gum that was stuck on a chair.. i was fuckin pissed and now i cant take it off.. i tried putting ice on it and scraping it with a knife but its not working.. do u guys have any ideas?

put it in the freezer and put a plastic bag covering the gum. The gum will go back to its natural form and fall off onto the plastic bag.

put it in the washer

or soak it in water forever then crinkle the fabric together and break the gum up into little itty bitty pieces

the gum has come tro a point were its like a blue stain on the fabric and its impossible to scrape off .. i need something that ill like burn it

ok theres these thing that are green and have dead people on it and they help you buy things so you get some of this then you drive to a store and buy a new pair

man if you try to burn the gum off you will burn your shorts guaranteed. go buy a thing of goo gone and soak that on the gum. put the goo gone in a tupperware container or something then push the gummy fabric down into it and let it sit then pull it out hold it up and be amazed
