dude i saw the dopest shit in our skate shop, it was meant for snowboards, but it could work on skis... its just this plastic layer you peel off and lay on your board, then heat gun it. the back layer stays on to protect your skis till you peel it off, while the other stuff melts on it and works ass wax

since you wont use them til next season, this is what you and everyone else who wants to use their skis next year should do...just drip on a shit load of wax and smoothe it out. dont scrape it off until next fall. then just wax your skis normally. this will keep your bases from drying out.

dont listen to 4D he has no vlue what hes talking about. just apply some wax any color, and dont srape make sure u get the whole ski. but if your going to keep them inside for the summer there's no point in waxing at all.

i prolly would go with a lighter color (which means a higher temp wax). but whatever one is saying is what you should do. and you should store em in a cool room with not too much dampness. the basement is sometimes a good place but make sure its not too damp. storing it in a closet in your room prolly will work best.
