Verizon service down?

hey so my verizon service is down and as facebook says so is a shit load of other peoples verizon...it can call just not text..anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Mine works, im guessing its regional, which is why people on your FB would be having problems...

none of my texts were received that I know of today. worked until like 1pm, then stopped until like an hour ago.
