so i dont know if anyone has heard but its going down on September 25 which is i believe a saturday. the location is that big median between old woodward and woodward across the street from don thomas. its a railjam and possibly a skateboarding comp with two pros demoing before the comp. i know max hill is gunna be there and the owner of dt says he thinks ian compton is going to be there as well. for more info go to skis.com to the blogs and birmingham railjam or go to the store and ask an associate looking to see u there.
I live like 10 minutes away. It's supposed to be sick. I was going to go and I've been looking forward to it all summer but I just in in big trouble with my parents so I won't be going, i kind of hate my life right now hah.
it was real tight, the set up wasnt the easyiest in my opinon, the meet in greet with ian compton and max hill on friday night was the coolest, there were like 10 ski/snowboard company tents with reps giving out a lota free shit
Because the course was built by Planet Snow, the features are not made for beginners or most intermediate riders. Ian Compton had to really push to get onto the handrail. Snowboarders had less trouble, but there were still some riders that shouldn't have been allowed to hit it.
