Need a roommate in Seattle

Powderhound100 and I are looking for a fourth roommate for our place in Seattle. Powderhound100 goes to Seattle U (nearby) with our 3rd roommate and I work most of the week. We all enjoy partying in equilibrium with quiet time. We're all laid back and would like to find someone equally easy going to split the place with.
The lease goes until Sept 1 2011. Your share of the rent after utilities is about $550. The place is a 4 bed/2bath house with a W/D combo and a dishwasher. The house is at 19th and Union right on the edge of the Central District.
If you have any questions leave them in this thread and either myself of Powderhound100 will get back to you.

Also you have Justice there that we call the "house bitch." He does the dishes, waxes our skis, buys us alcohol since were not 21 yet, etc.
Kidding (except for the last part), I havent even moved in yet.
But yea were all pretty chill, easy to get along with people. Hit me up with any questions.

the New Town deli, its right near subway. They make a sandwhich called the big bird, and once you taste it you'll never eat anything else for lunch. its fucking amazing.
