Im unimpressed by the wsi

well pretty much the title says it all. Everyone sayign how sick it was. hate to say it butr it just seemed like a whole lot of spinning in the big air. people would take off switch, huck a spin, do a grab with a cross and land. wheres the flips? wheres the non crossed grabs? super hit was good though.

'when is style going to start winning comps?' - i agree taht style is soo important, but theres so much controversy over style. its hard to say that a particular style is better than the other. a particular style could appeal to the largest amount of people but everyone has their own individual style.

to contradict everything i just said, i think jon's switch 7 nose could have won, because it was th most rediculus thing i have ever seen.

^nice job. thats how it is, like the diff between GT and tanner hall you cant say one has better style than the other cause the both have totally opisite styles

I think they should change Big Air Comps to a 2 Jump contest. The first hit no rotations over 540, then a normal Big Hit. I've seen the format in Snowboarding and thought it was a fair Balance

Id rather see a 3 jump comp your 3 best jumps from 5 make the score. You cant do the same trick twice. The spins are sic but when the whole comp does it over and over again it gets boring.

but the skiers want the money and they need a liitle bit of style but they haev to pull a big trick at the same time

i thought the tricks were sick. i think more wilson style big air tricks would really freshen up the scene though, cause really, Mikeal at 03 then 04 us open, his jumps are practically identical

but yeah, just something new would be cool, but by no means was i UNIMPRESSED
Hibachi King drops 9/9/04...and it shouldnt suck! hah

if you want to see variety and progression watch videos, that is not what contests are for. i thought they made all of those bigger tricks pretty damn stylie anyway.

The run in looked a little flat near the end.

As for slopestyle no way s-style is rails and different features. Still think the jumps were cool stylie but how many cork 7+ spins Xed up can you watch before it all looks the same. How about another idea Once you do a trick you cant do it again in the same comp.

they need to out law any rotations past a 720 and that each competator has to through a different trick than he/she previously did.
