i don't really know if this has been mentioned before, but it's kind of hard to searchbar, so whatever...

quickly make a list common rotations that can be done off jumps
180, 360, 540, 720, 900

then think about rotations in/our of rails and boxes
090, 270, 450, 630, 810

now reverse the first two numbers the ones in the top row, and holy shit!
