approaching a lofted rail from a jump on the right hand side that is lower than the rail, rotate 3pi/2, land perpindicular to the rail, slide along it, and rotate -3pi/2 when you reach the end of the rail. It seems physically impossble however, being that you must change the momentum of your rotation.

Not really a race, but a while back (like ten years) the fastest speed a human was recorded running was by an English rugby player (Rob Andrews I think) running away from a New Zealand All Black.

He had a good incentive to be fast though: The All Black was a guy called Jonah Lomu, who was about 6'4-6'5 and 270lbs but fast enough to qualify for the Olympic 100m sprint!

my friend can do those pretty well on tramp... he may try them on skis this year. also dub flip off of a cannon box? has anyone done that before?
