Screenshots in Windows Media Player

I take a screenshot of a video still in Windows Media Player, and when I past it into PS or Paint it gets really messed up. Help?

ya the same thing happens to me...very annoying.but i play the video in u-lead and you can take pictures from a video so that works atleast.

you can't print scrn a video and have it work. Import it into windows movie maker and you can capture the frame.
