Just go to your local shop try helmets that you like the look of on and see what fits. And if you are going to be wearing a beanie under it make sure you take that along.
If you don't have a local shop. Measure your head and then look at the sizing chart for helmet (most brands sizing is different so make sure you look at the one for that specific helmet/brand). If you are going to be wearing a beanie you will probably want to go 1 size up than your actual size.
