hahaha do i have a prom story for you. Mine was saturday the 24th of April, last saturday. anyway, i have a soccer game and i race home from it to get my tux on and shit. then my buddies are late to come get me to go get our dates so we were like 40 minutes to get our dates because my friend forgot his corsage at his house and then when we were driving away from my hosue i realized i forgot my corsage so we went back and got that. anyway on our way to get our dates we were going through a yellow light at an intersection and we were in the far left lane on a 3 lane one way street, a guy in a big ass van was in the middle lane and for some reason tried to make a left turn at the intersection, running into us and pushing us up onto the sidewalk narrowly avoiding a light pole while he took out a fire hydrant. so we all get out, my friend that is driving is fucking pissed because its his moms fairly new land cruiser, so he calls his parents and tells them to come down, our dates have been calling constantly because they are mad we are late because our reservations were at 745 and it was like 740 and we still had to take pictures. so we are all standing around our car, the guy from the other car is this grumpy ass old dude who gets out smoking a cig, doesn't say a word to us or anything. we are all standing around in our tuxes, my 2 buddies have pure white tuxes and i have black. we look down the street and a news guy with a camera and tripod is running down the opposite sidewalk and sets up shop across the street and starts filming us. hahahaha, we couldn't help but laugh at our luck and we joked around a little bit and my friend flipped off the camera and shit it was pretty funny. people were honking and shit and saying like 'oh man that sucks' i saw a ton of people i knew who wre all going to dinner and such. some black dudes in this dope ass white navigator on rims drives by and yells 'OH SHIT MAN ON PROM TOO! SMOKE TO THA' ONE!!!!!!' it was funny as hell and he was holding a blunt out the window and it smelt like da ganja it was clutch. so anyway 2 of us go meet our dates at dinner while our other 2 friends worked things out when the cops came. our parents came into the resturant and took pictures inside and there were a ton of other couples thre because 3 schools proms were going on that night, but it wasn't that bad. then we ate and went to the dance at like 1015 and the DJ blew but the dance was ok. after the dance we go party and i end up drinking waaaaaaay too much and completely died. all i can remember is talking to my buddy in the kitchen and drinking and then the next thing i knew i was leaning over the toilet with my buddy and my date patting me on the back. then i went home at like 4 and i had to be home at 2 and my mom was at the top of the stairs and my mom was like 'where's your vest' because someone took it off em and i didn't have it anymore and i shrugged and said 'mom, i'm really drunk, i have been puking all night and i'm probably going to puke again and i just wanna go to bed' and i had never been caught drinking before and my mom was like 'its ok danny, we've all had these nights' and she was cool with it. so then the next day whenever i tried to eat something i'd puke so i probably puked like 20 times on sunday. i'll remember my prom forever.

at my friend's prom a few years ago a girl's date got completely trashed and got into a fist fight with a cop just before the grad banquet. she was standing on the sidewalk just sobbing and screaming 'your runing my prom you jackass!' it was a pretty funny scene, but i felt sorry for that girl.
