French want to ski 2 months in Colorado

Hi,
I'm french and i would like to go to Breckenridge this winter with some friends for 2 months.
But, we don't know where to sleep during 2 months for a modest price.

Somebody knows good place with good price in Breckenridge ?

If we are 6 people, is it most ship to rent an house than take a room in motel ?

Probably, most hotels/motels won't let you have that many people in a room unless you all have beds.

So you'd have to rent 5-6 rooms.....pricey.
